5. FGA PROMOTIONAL REWARD PROGRAMS
DOES NOT CONSTITUTE GAMBLING
PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY TO FULLY UNDERSTAND HOW THE FGA PROMOTIONAL REWARD PROGRAMS OPERATE.
5.1 General Information About the Gift Earnings Program
The purpose of the FGA Promotional Reward Programs the (“Promotional Programs”) is to enhance the enjoyment of gameplay. Each Participating Game, including Prize Fiesta, Piggy Prize and Prize Blast (the “Participating Games”), operates its own distinct Promotional Program. Through these Promotional Programs, users of each game have the opportunity to collect (“Magic Points”). These Magic Points are automatically converted into an in-game currency referred to as (“Exchange Reference Units,”) which can subsequently be redeemed for tangible gifts. The redemption process has been carefully designed and (“gamified”) to enhance user enjoyment and create the sensation of winning gifts through gameplay, without involving chance or skill.
THE EXCHANGE RATES FOR CONVERTING MAGIC POINTS INTO EXCHANGE REFERENCE UNITS ARE FIXED, CONSISTENT AND PREDETERMINED FOR EACH GAME. THE EXCHANGE RATES FOR CONVERTING EXCHANGE REFERENCE UNITS INTO TANGIBLE REWARDS ARE FIXED AND REFLECTIVE OF THE VALUE OF THE REWARDS AT THE TIME OF REDEMPTION. THESE RATES ARE DESIGNED TO PROVIDE CONSISTENCY BUT MAY BE ADJUSTED IN THE EVENT OF SIGNIFICANT CHANGES IN MARKET CONDITIONS OR REWARD VALUE.
5.2 How to Earn Magic Points
For each Participating Game, you may participate in only one Promotional Program to earn Magic Points, determined by the platform from which you downloaded the app. The specific Promotional Programs applicable are outlined below:
5.2.1 The Google Play® Store and other platforms EXCEPT APPLE® APP STORE
Users who download our apps from the Google Play® Store or any other platforms, excluding the Apple® App Store, may be eligible to participate in our FGA (“Loyalty Programs”) to earn and accumulate Magic Points. 5.3 Bonus Magic Points for Legacy Program Participants
Players who participated in our previous reward programs prior to January 2025 have automatically converted their “Reward Points” into an equivalent number of “Magic Points” of the same value. All rewards available in the previous reward program are also available in the new program at the same value. To reward their loyalty and prevent any loss due to decimal calculations during the conversion, a one percent (1%) bonus has been granted to them.
5.4 How to use my Magic Points to claim a Gift
5.4.1 Enroling in the program
Completion of the (“Real-Life Prizes Registration Form”) within each Participating Game is mandatory to enable the exchange of Magic Points for tangible rewards.
By enrolling in this program: participants acknowledge that granting FGA permission to use their name, likeness, and image for promotional purposes related to the program is a prerequisite for receiving any tangible rewards. This authorization is limited to advertising and promotional materials for the Participating Games and will not be used for any unrelated purposes. Participants who do not wish to grant this authorization will remain eligible to earn Magic Points and participate in the program but will not be eligible to receive tangible rewards.
By accepting a tangible prize: “Winners” agree to allow FGA and/or FGA designee the perpetual right to use their name, biographical information, photos and/or likeness, and statements for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including but not limited to the internet, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.
5.4.2 Simple and automatic process to redeem your Magic Points for tangible rewards
The process of exchanging Magic Points for gifts has been gamified to create a seamless and engaging user experience. This means that the exchange of your points occurs automatically as you progress in the game. Each of our games utilizes an in-game currency, referred to as “Exchange Reference Units”, which is designed to enhance player satisfaction and evoke the sense of earning rewards through gameplay. Each gift is assigned a fixed price in Exchange Reference Units.
By eliminating elements of chance and skill at this stage of the game, the system ensures that players can redeem their Magic Points automatically in a manner that does not constitute gambling under applicable regulations. This approach guarantees that the process is fully aligned with legal requirements while providing a seamless user experience.
Players with sufficient Magic Points will encounter gameplay outcomes specifically designed to facilitate the acquisition of Exchange Reference Units. These gameplay outcomes are not influenced by luck or skill, but instead ensure that the player’s accumulated Magic Points are used systematically and fairly. The number of Exchange Reference Units that a player can earn through gameplay is directly tied to the amount of Magic Points available in their account. Players without sufficient Magic Points may continue to play but will not earn enough Exchange Reference Units required to redeem gifts.
This system ensures that the redemption process is straightforward, legally compliant, and free from elements of chance or skill. It allows users to enjoy the gamified experience of spending their Magic Points while maintaining full compliance with laws governing sweepstakes and loyalty programs.
5.4.3 Gamification
Each game incorporates two distinct types of exchange reference units that are integral to the reward process:
step 1: the first type of exchange reference unit is used to unlock access to the rewards.
step 2: once this access has been unlocked, the second type of exchange reference unit allows players to claim tangible rewards.
This system is designed to ensure transparency while giving players the rewarding experience of earning their prizes through gameplay. If all Magic Points earned during gameplay have not been converted into Exchange Reference Units within two (2) hours of active gameplay, a popup will appear stating: “You’re really cool! We’re excited to offer you X [Exchange Reference Units]” based on the specific game and the step of the reward process the player has reached. This feature ensures that players are always rewarded for their number of corresponding Magic points in a timely manner.
5.4.4 Gamification in the Prize Fiesta Game
The process for redeeming Magic Points and receiving a gift in the Prize Fiesta game has been carefully crafted to provide players with an engaging and rewarding experience. Designed to heighten the excitement of winning, this system gives players the sensation of earning their gifts through active gameplay, interacting with dwarfs, and completing the gift badges table to claim their prize. Simultaneously, the process ensures transparency with a fixed exchange rate for Magic Points, Exchange Reference Units, and ultimately, the gifts.

5.4.4.2 STEP-BY-STEP TANGIBLE REWARD REDEMPTION PROCESS:
All you need to do is enjoy playing the game. The process is outlined as follows.
1. Access the Prize Cave: To initiate the redemption process, players must open the Prize Cave. Access to the Prize Cave requires accumulating one million (1,000,000) Magic Points, which correspond to earning $750 in your Piggy Bank. In the game, players collect Piggy Bank dollars progressively, at a fixed rate of approximately $100 for every 133,300 Magic Points earned. Transforming Magic Points into Piggy Bank dollars or later into Prize Points requires active gameplay. The player’s Piggy Bank dollars are utilized incrementally throughout their progression, with the total amount being fully applied upon final access to the Prize Cave. This system guarantees an engaging and rewarding experience tailored to each player’s journey.
2. Interact with the Dwarfs to Receive Prize Points: Within the Prize Cave, players can exchange their Magic Points for Prize Points by interacting with the Dwarfs. The more Magic Points a player has accumulated, the more advantageous the exchange deals offered by the Dwarfs will be. At the end of the day, Prize Points are exchanged at a rate of 409 Prize Points for every 1,000 Magic Points earned.
3. Choose and Unlock a Gift: Once inside the Prize Cave, select the gift you wish to unlock. Your Piggy Bank will always contain much more than the amount required to unlock any gift, provided you have accumulated sufficient points. This includes both Prize Points already converted and the remaining Magic Points available for conversion. This ensures that the unlocking process is seamless and fully transparent.
4. Earn Gift Badges and Complete the Gift Table to trigger the Gift delivery process: After selecting your desired gift, you will interact with an interface displaying a Gift Table. This Gift Table consists of rows of gift badges in various colors. To generate a gift badge, pay the corresponding cost in Prize Points for a badge in the first row. Each time you complete a row, the gift badges will merge to form a badge for the row above. The process continues until all rows are filled. Once the Gift Table is complete, the process to deliver your gift is triggered. ARV is the Average Retail Value of a tangible reward. Progress on a gift is final. It cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified, in accordance with the game’s terms of use.

Cost for Tangible Rewards:
Detailed accurately in Sub Section 6 of the process outlined below.
5.4.5.2 STEP-BY-STEP TANGIBLE REWARD REDEMPTION PROCESS:
All you need to do is enjoy playing the game. The process is outlined as follows.
1. Build Your Ship: Begin your adventure by constructing your ship. As you accumulate Magic Points, the game’s algorithm ensures you gain the necessary resources to complete your vessel and set sail for Treasure Island. Along the way, Magic Points are gradually converted into Bottles, which serve as the intermediate currency needed to progress your journey.
2. Navigate to Treasure Island Once your ship is complete, navigate across the high seas to reach Treasure Island. The journey immerses players in an exciting quest, designed to make the experience of earning your gift unforgettable. The algorithm dynamically adjusts your progress based on the Bottles accumulated/needed from Magic Points, ensuring a smooth and engaging adventure as you collect and utilize Bottles to advance.
3. Enter the Prize Cave: Upon arriving at Treasure Island, you make your way through Pirate Island to reach the Prize Cave—a treasure trove where tangible rewards are unlocked. The Prize Cave opens once you have accumulated one million (1,000,000) Magic Points, which will have progressively been converted into the necessary Bottles. These Bottles are then used to unlock the Cavern. At each stage leading to the Cavern, a fraction of the required one million Magic Points is converted into Bottles, culminating in the total amount being applied upon final access to the Prize Cave. This ensures a seamless, transparent, and rewarding experience for players.
4. Choose Your Gift: Select the gift category you wish to pursue. To unlock a gift, players use the funds accumulated in their Piggy Bank. The game’s algorithm ensures that your Piggy Bank will always contain sufficient funds to unlock any gift attainable with the Magic Points you’ve earned. This guarantees a seamless and transparent redemption process, ensuring that your progress aligns with the requirements for claiming your desired prize, all while providing a rewarding and enjoyable experience. Canceling progress on a gift is possible for a fee of 199 Gems. By canceling progress, players will recover all Bottles used for this advancement, as well as the amount accumulated in the piggy bank corresponding to the value of the gift in question.
5. Craft and Merge Gift Badges:
Players begin by crafting and merging objects to create Carton Gift Badges. Once a Carton Gift Badge is obtained, players can continue merging these badges to progress toward higher-tier rewards. For players who have accumulated sufficient Magic Points to unlock a gift, the game ensures that they receive either a significant number of Carton Gift Badges or objects that can be easily merged into Carton Gift Badges, allowing them to advance more quickly toward their goal. For players with fewer Magic Points, the game adjusts the badge creation outcomes to encourage additional gameplay, creating a gradual progression until at least one Carton Gift Badge is earned. This system ensures that every player remains actively engaged while working toward their rewards. The merging hierarchy is as follows:
two Carton Gift Badges are merged to form one Bronze Badge;
two Bronze Badges merge into one Silver Badge;
two Silver Badges merge into one Gold Badge;
two Gold Badges merge into one Ruby Badge;
two Ruby Badges merge into one Multicolored Badge.
This progression offers players a clear and transparent path to their ultimate rewards while maintaining fairness and balance throughout the process.
6. Complete the Badge Requirements to Trigger Delivery:
Once the required number of Multicolored gift Badges has been obtained, the gift delivery process is triggered. Refer to the gift table, which outlines the number of Multicolored Badges required for each gift and the corresponding category of each reward. In the Prize Blast game, the number of Magic Points required to obtain a Carton Gift Badge varies depending on the tangible gift category.
Category 01: 27,844 Magic Points per Carton Gift Badge
Category 02: 40,161 Magic Points per Carton Gift Badge
Category 03: 64,167 Magic Points per Carton Gift Badge
Category 04: 67,654 Magic Points per Carton Gift Badge

5.4.6 GAMIFICATION IN THE PIGGY PRIZE GAME
The Piggy Prize game turns the gift redemption process into a whimsical and captivating experience, where each step is infused with fun and anticipation. From collecting virtual dollars to unlocking magical keys, players engage in an exciting journey guided by their loyal pig mascot. These keys are the essential currency that opens the gates to the Prize Cave, allowing players to claim their well-earned rewards. The entire adventure is gamified through actions like earning, exchanging, and progressing, all while preserving clarity with established exchange rates between Magic Points, and keys. OUTCOMES WITHIN THE GAME ARE DYNAMICALLY ADJUSTED BASED ON AVAILABLE MAGIC POINTS, ENSURING A FAIR AND THRILLING PATH TO EVERY PRIZE. The game mechanics are designed such that, under normal conditions of active gameplay, the number of Virtual Dollars won shall be proportionally aligned with the number of Magic Points earned; such alignment is expected to occur within a maximum period of three (3) hours following the accumulation of the corresponding Magic Points.

Cost and Conditions:
The detailed cost structure and conditions applicable to each tangible reward are set forth in Section 5.4.6.2, Paragraph 3, below.
5.4.6.2 STEP-BY-STEP TANGIBLE REWARD REDEMPTION PROCESS
The process for redeeming tangible rewards is governed by a sequential three-phase structure, implemented to ensure fairness, transparency, and sustained user engagement:
Step 1: Unlocking Game Tracks: Users must engage in gameplay and accumulate one thousand eight hundred (1,800) Piggy’s Money units, equivalent to five hundred sixty-two thousand five hundred (562,500) Magic Points, to unlock the nine (9) tracks.
Step 2: The Inca Adventure:
During this phase, the user’s in-game avatar (“Piggy”) must successfully navigate through eight (8) sequential gates in order to gain access to the Prize Cave.
Mechanics and Key Requirements:
To initiate this phase, users are required to enter the Forge, where they may exchange accumulated Piggy’s Money units for plaques. These plaques, which vary in both material and assigned value, function as essential components for completing predefined grid configurations within the Forge. Upon the successful completion of a grid, the user may be issued one (1) or more Keys, depending on the specific grid structure and the valuation of the plaques used. If a user is missing a single plaque required to complete a grid, they may elect to either (i) engage in a trade with another user to obtain the missing plaque, or (ii) utilize the in-game automated exchange system. Under the automated system, the character Piggy will propose an exchange whereby one duplicate plaque from the user’s inventory is traded for the specific plaque required to complete the grid. To progress through the eight (8) gates and thereby reach the Prize Cave, users must insert the requisite number and type of Keys in strict sequential order. The first gate requires one (1) Standard Key; the second gate requires two (2) Standard Keys; the third gate requires three (3) Standard Keys; and the fourth gate requires four (4) Standard Keys. The fifth gate requires one (1) Rare Key; the sixth gate requires two (2) Rare Keys; the seventh gate requires one (1) Mystical Key; and the eighth and final gate requires one (1) Golden Key. Access to each subsequent gate is conditioned upon the successful unlocking of the preceding gate using the exact Key configuration specified above.
Step 3: Claiming a Tangible Reward from the Prize Cave:
Upon gaining entry to the Prize Cave, the user may redeem a tangible reward of their choosing. Redemption of such a reward requires the expenditure of Piggy’s Money units held in the user’s virtual Piggy Bank. The game is programmed to ensure that, once a user accumulates the requisite number of Magic Points to qualify for a given reward, they will concurrently possess a sufficient quantity of Piggy’s Money units to unlock said reward. When prompted, the user must insert the appropriate Keys to initiate the delivery sequence associated with the selected reward. These Keys shall be obtained in the manner previously outlined in the Inca Adventure phase. Once the reward has progressed to the delivery truck within the game interface, the final phase of fulfillment shall be triggered, thereby initiating the physical shipment of the prize in accordance with the procedures detailed in Section 5.5 of these Terms and Conditions.
THE ISSUANCE AND ALLOCATION OF PLAQUES MAY BE SUBJECT TO ALGORITHMIC ADJUSTMENTS TO ENSURE PROPORTIONAL ALIGNMENT WITH THE TOTAL NUMBER OF MAGIC POINTS ACCRUED BY THE USER, AS DEFINED IN SECTION 5.2. SUCH ADJUSTMENTS MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE DISTRIBUTION OF PLAQUES OF HIGHER OR LOWER VALUE TO MAINTAIN A DETERMINISTIC, PROPORTIONATE, AND NON-RANDOM REWARD STRUCTURE, THEREBY PRESERVING EQUITABLE GAMEPLAY OUTCOMES CONSISTENT WITH THE USER’S EARNED PROGRESS.

5.5 Tangible rewards delivery
5.5.1 Delivery validation
An “Authorized Reward Recipient” is defined as:
1. The natural person who registered the account for the Participating Game in which the reward is being claimed;
2. A participant who has met the eligibility requirements outlined in Article 5 and all related provisions, including participation in the Programs to accumulate Magic Points (e.g., Apple Sweepstakes and Loyalty Programs on other platforms);
3. A participant who has redeemed their Magic Points for a tangible reward and triggered the delivery procedure in accordance with the corresponding procedures of the Participating Game;
4. The individual responsible for the email address associated with the account; and
5. A participant who has provided all Verification Documents including “Supporting Documents”, “Identification Documents”, and, where applicable, the completed IRS Form 1099 as outlined below.
Verification Requirements for Claiming Tangible Rewards
To claim a tangible reward within our game Apps, participants must submit specific documents as part of the verification process. These requirements include a completed and electronically signed Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance and a Liability/Publicity Release (collectively referred to as the “Supporting Documents”). The Supporting Documents are mandatory for all claims of tangible rewards, irrespective of the Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the reward, to confirm the participant’s eligibility and compliance with these Rules. Participants must also provide proof of identity and current address, collectively referred to as the “Identification Documents.” Acceptable Identification Documents include:
1.A government-issued photo identification; and
2.A proof of current address, such as a scanned or photographed utility bill.
Tax and Documentation Requirements
Rewards redeemed through Magic Points may have tax implications depending on the method through which the Magic Points were earned and the participant’s jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of participants to verify the applicable tax laws in their country and ensure compliance with any reporting or tax obligations.
1. Rewards Redeemed via Magic Points Earned Through the Loyalty Program: In general, rewards obtained by redeeming Magic Points earned through our Loyalty Program are not considered taxable income. However, as tax laws vary by jurisdiction, participants are responsible for determining whether any reporting or tax obligations apply to such rewards in their country.
2. Rewards Redeemed via Magic Points Earned Through Sweepstakes: Rewards redeemed using Magic Points earned through participation in sweepstakes may be subject to tax reporting and obligations in certain jurisdictions. Participants must comply with the provisions outlined in Article 6 of the Sweepstakes Rules, which governs the reporting of sweepstakes winnings and any associated tax obligations.
3. Special Requirements for U.S. Participants Claiming Tangible Rewards: For participants in the United States, tangible rewards with an Approximate Retail Value (ARV) exceeding $600.00—redeemed through the conversion of Magic Points into “Exchange Reference Units” within a Participating Game App—require the completion and submission of IRS Form 1099 prior to the delivery of the reward, as mandated by U.S. tax law. The Sponsor reserves the right to withhold delivery of any tangible reward until the participant has submitted a completed IRS Form 1099, along with any other documentation reasonably required to ensure compliance with U.S. federal tax reporting obligations. The submission of IRS Form 1099 is necessary to meet federal tax reporting requirements and to finalize the reward delivery process. Participants acknowledge that it is their responsibility to verify the applicable tax regulations in their jurisdiction and to comply with all relevant tax laws. For assistance, participants are advised to consult a tax professional or the appropriate tax authority.
Failure to Comply
Failure to submit any of the required Supporting Documents, Identification Documents, or, where applicable, the completed IRS Form 1099 in a timely manner will result in the forfeiture of the tangible reward.
Responsibility of Participants
FGA assumes no responsibility for a participant’s inability to use, accumulate, or exchange Magic Points, Exchange Reference Units, or tangible rewards in accordance with these Rules.
Eligibility Limitation
Tangible rewards will only be sent to an “Authorized Reward Recipient” as defined above. In the event of clearly identified fraud, FGA reserves the right to cancel any prize won in the game.
Notification
Upon authorization as an Authorized Reward Recipient, the participant will receive an email notification confirming the shipment of their tangible reward. This notification serves as confirmation that the reward is being processed and dispatched in accordance with the delivery procedures outlined in these Rules.
5.5.2 Delivery process, costs, and minimum delivery time commitment
ALL DELIVERY COSTS FOR THE REWARDS ARE FULLY COVERED BY THE PROGRAM, with no additional fees charged for shipping. However, in certain jurisdictions, local customs authorities may require recipients to pay applicable duties or taxes upon delivery of the shipped products. For rewards valued at over one hundred US dollars (100 USD), sourcing is carried out through established and reputable e-commerce platforms selected based on the recipient’s location. These platforms include, but are not limited to: Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Alibaba, Best Buy, Target, Fnac, Cdiscount, Veepee, Argos, John Lewis, Catch, Kogan, and Takealot. Products valued at one hundred US dollars (100 USD) or less are generally shipped using standard postal services. Recipients are solely responsible for the payment of any customs duties or taxes imposed by their local customs authorities at the time of delivery of their tangible reward. Personal information, including the address and phone number provided via the Real Gifts Registration Form, is shared exclusively with the selected shipping platform and courier service for delivery purposes. The processing of this personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, available at: https://rules.universal-game-connect.com/PrivacyPolicy/. In the event that a reward cannot be delivered due to the recipient’s unavailability or failure to collect the reward, and provided the initial shipment was correctly processed according to the details provided in the Real Gifts Registration Form, the recipients will be responsible for the costs of reshipping. Recipients will have a period of thirty (30) days to settle these reshipping fees. Failure to do so within this period will result in the reward being considered abandoned and forfeited. These provisions specifically apply in cases where recipients fail to properly receive or collect their rewards, despite the Sponsor having adhered to the delivery details provided. These terms and conditions are designed to comply with the laws and regulations applicable in the jurisdictions where the rewards are offered.
Rewards are generally shipped within six (6) to sixty (60) days; the delivery date must not exceed three months from the date of authorization as an Authorized Beneficiary for a Reward, in accordance with the timelines established in these Rules.
5.5.3 Product Unavailability
In the event that a product is unavailable from the supplier, the Sponsor will replace the item with a product of comparable or superior quality and of equal or greater value than the originally designated item. FGA customer service team is committed to ensuring fairness and participant satisfaction and will make every reasonable effort to consult with the recipient regarding the replacement product to address their preferences and ensure their contentment with the substitution.
5.5.4 Gift Voucher Rewards
The Reward Program also provides the option to deliver tangible rewards as monetary equivalents. Depending on the recipient’s preferences and eligibility, these cash rewards may be issued as Amazon gift cards sent electronically to the email address associated with the participant's account. The format of the cash reward will be determined based on the availability of the specified method in the participant's jurisdiction. All cash rewards are subject to the same verification process as other tangible rewards, including the submission of Supporting Documents, Identification Documents, and, where applicable, IRS Form 1099 for U.S. participants claiming rewards exceeding $600. By selecting a cash reward, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with all tax reporting obligations associated with receiving monetary rewards, as outlined in these Rules and applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

The court, not the arbitrator, shall determine arbitrability and enforce the arbitration agreements contained herein, including the prohibition on consolidated arbitrations and class arbitration. These Terms and all disputes and claims relating in any way to, or arising out of, these Terms, the Services or your use of the Services shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Federal Arbitration Act, without reference to choice of law principles.
b. Complete Agreement. These Terms shall constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and us. The Terms may not be modified by you except in a writing duly signed by you and an authorized representative of FGA. If any provision herein is held to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and such decision shall not affect the enforceability of such provision under other circumstances, or of the remaining provisions hereof under all circumstances.
